Challenge

The challenge was to create a display that promoted the modern look, premium construction and superior fit of Bern’s bike helmets.

With Horizon having many keen cyclists within our team, we fully understood that urban riders want their gear to look as good as it works.

Our brief was to create a small footprint FSDU, which offered four wearable helmets, which retained integrity once the customers placed the helmets back on the display.

Solution

Our innovative design team decided that an urban theme was the clear route forward, selecting authentic pallet wood as the inspiration ’ but with a subtle dyed grey dip to reflect the brands identity.

Each of the helmets on display had unique features which needed to be updateable and immediately available for each product on display.

The helmets were displayed on a complex metal strap construction which reflected head contours, with additional gravity leanings ensuring that customers placing the helmets back on the display could do it without spoiling the displays appearance.
