Making the move to wearables

Challenge

The challenge was to create a point of difference in a crowded wearable market. The Hi-Tec brand is already well known in sportswear, therefore the brief was to create a new ID, new packaging and new POS that was highly visible, original but staying loyal to a very established and strict set of guidelines. The products were both chargers and wearables, optimised for outdoor use.

Solution

Our creative team created packaging using both blue and white templates to aid navigation and assist the development and identify of future product launches. Topography lines were incorporated into the packaging DNA to reflect the intended outdoor market.

With a clear packaging identity, we created a series of POS solutions which provided a series of merchandising opportunities on counter, freestanding and in fixture.
