SOLUTION
We created a large window environment where the view through was ultimately a large video screen. The blind would go up to reveal a beautiful view followed by various footage of complete installations of multiple blinds in large rooms. A smartphone would then appear on the screen to demonstrate the capabilities in a virtual simulation. Live demos could be given to show black out and privacy levels on demand, using a remote control or smart device. Buttons provided interaction to further installation and compatibility information whilst hardcopy material swatches could be removed from a concealed area for that final level of tailoring and sell in. The customer journey was seamlessly presented with a confidently branded Lutron unit which takes pride of place in specialist retail stores.
