CHALLENGE

Navico have three core hardware brands. How could we elevate the visibility of these brands in a consistent, and brand targeted way. The vast diversity of the EMEA retail network require a wide range of solutions, from permanent to promotional and small to large. A range of solutions would need to be flexible and adaptable to consider different range sizes and rates of sale in each of these retail stores. Products change season to season, so a high level of updatability would also be required, with demo products requiring built in power solutions which would make product swaps quick and easy.

SOLUTION

Horizon created a brand DNA that reflected the product category and retail setting. This DNA provided the consistent back drop for the three bold hardware brands, which could be added and updated on any of the POS examples. The Designs all incorporated interchangeable campaign information so seasonal updates would refresh the fixtures and make the relevant to the latest and greatest product launches. The wide range of design formats were created to stand alone or work alongside multiples of the same fixture. A malum for example, could have three segments in a line or as a triangle – or be a single independent solution. Consistency and impact was delivered, with sustainable materials at the forefront of the production process.
